Our meetings are the 2nd Wednesday of every month, times alternate from 9:00 am and 6:30 pm. Meetings will be held in the MPR (cafeteria) and accessible virtually on Zoom.

Bengal Bash 2024

It's that special time of year when Bach grownups get ready for the best party in town - the Bengal Bash! This year, we invite you to leave your cozy realm behind and join us for a journey to the enchanted forest. Magical forest attire will be celebrated but is certainly not mandated.

AAPS PTOC

The Ann Arbor PTO Council (PTOC) is the support organization for PTOs throughout Ann Arbor Public Schools. Each PTO and PTSO in the district is a member. Our Bach PTO Representative is Jenny Koppera (ptoc@bachpto.org)

The PTOC 2023-24 general meetings are on Zoom from 7pm-8:30 pm and have different topics. All AAPS community members are invited and welcome to attend:

October 16: Building an Equity Toolkit
November 20: Community Resource Fair
Jan 8: State of the District
Feb 12: Cyber Safety and Bullying
March 18: Student Voice and Youth Owned Business
April 15: The Future of Our PTOs
May 20: Year End Vote and Wrap Up

What We Do

The Bach PTO is a 501(c)3 organization that works in support of the students, teachers, staff, and families of Bach Elementary School.

All Bach parents and caregivers are members of the PTO and are welcome at all meetings. Join us!

This year the PTO plans to:

Support teachers in their at-home and in-school classrooms by giving each teacher a discretionary budget
Provide books, literacy instruction tools, and subscriptions for students
Support families in our community
Provide funds for speakers and virtual or in-person field trips
Purchase playground and classroom equipment, and with guidance from the administration, materials to support the safety of our community
And more!
